Sag and Ball Mill leak detection
This sensor, not only counts the number of leak, it provides the level of criticality.
The number of shell section is adjustable as well as the warning and alarm levels.
The view can be adjusted for the entire shell.
Kiln
The discharge end is monitored continously. When the discharge grill exceed a pre define area, the control system and the operator are notified.
Conveyor Belt
Under certain operating conditions, conveyor belt tracking can be a challenge. Tradional limit switches only provides On/Off status as opposed to CAMaaS where real time tracking is achieved.
In addition, Wear and Tear can also be monitored to evaluated the equpment's residual life.
